Our capabilities page is a working portfolio — every process listed is a service we run weekly, on machines our engineers can program, operate, and audit. We publish real tolerances, real material ranges, and real lead times. If a job calls for a discipline we do not cover in-house, we name the partner who does, because honest specifications protect your schedule more than optimistic ones.

Five capabilities, one continuous workflow.

Each capability is staffed by a dedicated cell, with its own programming standards, fixturing library, and inspection plan. Parts can move between cells without re-tendering — which is how we compress lead times that the rest of the industry treats as fixed.

How an Order Travels

From your inbox to a signed-off first article.

A predictable process is the cheapest thing we can offer. Every job moves through the same four gates — regardless of whether it is a one-off prototype or a recurring 4,000-unit batch.

Quote & DFM

You send STEP / PDF. We respond with a fixed quote and a marked-up drawing flagging any tolerance or feature the workshop cannot honour.

Programming & Setup

Toolpaths are validated in VERICUT, fixturing is documented, and the first setup sheet is reviewed by a second engineer before any cut begins.

03

Machining & Inspection

Production runs in the scheduled cell. In-process checks happen at the first part, the mid-batch, and the last part — no exceptions.

04

First Article & Dispatch

A signed FAIR, an inspection PDF, and the batch ship together. The same digital thread is archived for ten years.
